Signup Overview
On the signup page, check the box indicating you have read and agree to our terms and conditions, then click ‘Continue’.
Step 1 of 5
On the next page you will be asked for the following information:
- Business Name
- First Name
- Surname
- 1st Line of Address
- 2nd Line of Address
- Town
- County
- Post Code
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
Once this information has been entered click ‘Submit’
Press ‘Change’ to modify a value or ‘Continue’ if the information is correct
Step 2 of 5
On the next page you will be asked to enter the number of Electric and Gas meters you have. Once you have selected the numbers from the drop down menus click ‘Submit’. If you don’t have any of either meter leave the number of meters as ‘0’
The next page asks you to confirm or change the number of meters you entered.
Step 3 of 5
For each Electric meter you have (if any) you will be asked to enter it’s meter number and the number of rates associated with it.
You will now be asked to confirm your meter number and the number of rates you entered.
Step 4 of 5
The same process is now repeated for your gas meter.
Confirmation is requested.
Step 5 of 5
Your account details will now be displayed. It is important that you remember this information, as it will be required to log in to your account. You can print your account information from here using the ‘Print’ button.
Pressing the 'Continue' button will take you to the Direct Debit sign up form.
Our bank handles this process, you will need to complete the online DD request and submit the information for processing. You will be asked for your bank details to complete the direct debit form.
Once this has been submitted you will be returned to the main site where you can now start to monitor your utility bills.
